YOGA
Yoga is an excellent source of self expression, joy, and enlightenment in my life. I have been Practicing, Teaching, and leading Teacher Training Programs for the last 10 years. I aim to include fun, humor, grounding, and acceptance into all my classes to set my students up for success.
It is my hope to help you achieve your goals of flexibility, balance, fitness, strength, and overall enhanced health, regardless of where you are starting from.
Since CorePower where I taught most of my classes has temporarily closed many of their studios due to Covid-19, I'm now offering Yoga and Reiki healing online and limited in person out door classes at CPY's Culver City location.
My classes are tailored to all levels of skill from beginner to advanced.

Reiki:
Reiki has helped me find relaxation, increased energy, and balance in all aspects of my life. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing for the mind, body, soul, and emotional self.
It is administered by the practitioner "laying on hands," or by a distance (no touch involved- but just as effective) and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
As a certified Reiki level 1, 2 and Animal practitioner, I can work with you, or your animals to help achieve a balanced mind, body, emotional and spiritual self.
